Chuck Ketter

Chuck Ketter retired from Fullerton College in June 2015 after 21 years of service. During his time here he served as Coordinator of the Acting Program, Artistic Director of the Directors Festival, and director and scenic designer of several productions annually. Prior to his tenure at FC, Charles has taught, directed, and designed at Rio Hondo College, Cal Poly Pomona, Santa Ana College, Citrus College, and The Pasadena Playhouse to name a few. Chuck received his Master of Fine Arts in Acting from Cal State Fullerton in 1986. He was the first to graduate from this program. He was a founding member of The Backstage Repertory Theater (a professional theatre company) in Honolulu Hawaii in 1981. His professional design and or directorial efforts have been seen at The Vanguard Theatre, The Muckenthaller Cultural Center, Downey Civic Light Opera, Magic Mountain, Hershey Park PA, North Pole New York, The Pasadena Playhouse, The Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, and The Orange County Performing Arts Center among others.
