Jersten Seraile is an educator and playmaker based in Southern California. He recently appeared in the NYC’s Emerging Artist Theater performance of Pooling to Paradise by Caytha Jentis. Jersten also appeared in numerous productions at the Old Globe Theater which includes: As You Like It, Romeo & Juliet, Much Ado About Nothing, The Tempest, and many others; working with some of the world’s most renowned artist. Mr. Seraile made his Off-Broadway debut playing Langston Hughes in his one-man production of Harlem Blooms in Spring at Theatre Row. He has toured the country with Chamber Theatre Company’s Encore!! Other credits include If We Don’t Get It, Shut It Down (Harlem Repertory Theatre), The Full Monty, and Oliver! (Clear Space Theatre Company). He is a recipient of the William Male Foundation grant and the Billops-Hatch Fellowship at Emory University. He is also the recipient of the Diversity Postdoctoral Fellowship at The University of San Diego. Mr. Seraile received his M.F.A. from USD / Old Globe Darlene Shiley Graduate Acting Program.
